WHAT IS ALABASTER JAR FAIRY TALE STORY TIME?

The AJFTST is a baby-toddler-school-age program that is geared toward bringing together the children and families in the community. Through this interactive and guided story time, the children will learn lessons that will inspire confidence and creativity on their own. 

WHO WILL BE GUIDING THE STORY TIME?

Storytime will be guided by a Mother-Daughter Duo. Ebony Wilson (Mother) and London Williamson 

(Daughter) Both are residents of Princeton. London will play the character of "Princess Ruby" and Ebony will play the character of "Mrs. Mantis" The stories will always come from the library catalog of books and will always be pre-approved by Glenda Puckett, Library Director. 

WHAT IS THE MODALITY OF THE EVENT?

The story time will take approximately 30-60 minutes. The flow is as follows: 

  • Introduction of characters & ice breakers: 10 minutes
  • Story reading: 10 minutes
  • Activity: 10 minutes
  • Wrap up
