Princeton, Texas: On Monday, October 18, 2021 City of Princeton launches app that is a real time, public engagement tool designed to alert staff about problems related to certain city services. It’s a free, simple and intuitive tool providing a platform for reporting concerns, 24/7. Users document problems by reporting and or taking photos with their mobile device and uploading to the app. This service targets issues related to water, sewer, streets, utility billing, hazards, fire emergencies, crime reporting, and code enforcement. The City of Princeton app is a convenient way to report a problem, track reports and receive updates directly from the city staff.
