PRINCETON COMPREHENSIVE PLAN JUNE OPEN HOUSE SCHEDULED
The next opportunity for public input on the draft Princeton Comprehensive Plan Update will be at an open house scheduled for Saturday, June 9, 9:30 am-2:00 pm at Smith Elementary School. The draft Future Land Use Plan will be on display for review and comment, which has been developed based on input received at the Community Charrette in February, as well as direction provided by the Advisory Committee, City Council, and Planning and Zoning Commission.
In addition, draft recommendations for other Comprehensive Plan components will also be presented for public comment. These include the plan’s Vision Statement, Guiding Principles, recommended updates to the Thoroughfare Plan, multimodal transportation strategies, and economic development analysis. The City welcomes all residents, business owners and other interested individuals to attend this Open House to be part of the planning process and provide input on the citywide vision, goals and strategies for the future of Princeton.
